Clearpay Policy
We offer Clearpay as another way to bring home a piece that feels right for you, spread over four instalments - no interest, ever.
Please note: since 15 July 2026, Clearpay is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Clearpay is a credit product, and like all forms of borrowing, it's worth only using it for purchases you're confident you can repay.
What's changed
- Affordability checks. Clearpay will assess whether a payment plan is affordable for you before every purchase.
- Clearer terms. Full visibility on payment dates, amounts, and what happens if you miss one - before you check out.
- Financial Ombudsman access. Unresolved complaints can now be escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.
- Support if you need it. If repayments become difficult, Clearpay must support you, including pointing you towards free debt advice.
