Klarna policy
We're pleased to offer Klarna as a way to spread the cost of your Made Here With Love order - because a piece that means something shouldn't be out of reach.
Please note: since 15 July 2026, Klarna is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This means Klarna is a credit product, and using it is a form of borrowing - even though it's interest-free. We think it's important you go in with your eyes open, so here's what that means for you.
What's changed
- Affordability checks. Klarna will now check that a payment plan is right for you before approving it, every time.
- Clearer terms. You'll see exactly what's due, when, and what happens if a payment is missed - upfront, before you commit.
- Financial Ombudsman access. If something goes wrong and Klarna can't resolve it, you now have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.
- Support if you need it. If you're struggling to repay, Klarna is required to support you - including signposting to free debt advice.
Eligibility
To use Klarna at checkout, you'll need to:
- Be a UK resident
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid bank card or bank account
- Have a positive credit history
- Be able to receive verification codes by text
Klarna carries out a soft credit check that won't affect your credit score, and full affordability checks as part of the new regulation.
For full terms, please visit Klarna's UK site directly - we'll always point you to their latest terms rather than summarising them ourselves, so you have the most accurate, up-to-date information.
Please use Buy Now Pay Later responsibly, and only if you're confident you can meet the repayments.
